How do I sign up to receive OnePass miles with DOCOMO PACIFIC?
When activating services, current OnePass members can inform Customer Service of their membership and provide their OnePass number. If you were a customer of DOCOMO PACIFIC prior to January 20, 2003, you were automatically enrolled into the OnePass program unless you requested otherwise.
If you are not currently a OnePass member, you may fill out a OnePass application at our Tamuning Customer Service locations, or you may enroll instantly online. You will be assigned a OnePass number that we will input into your account with us. All other information regarding your OnePass membership will come directly from the OnePass offices or at www.continental.com.
How do I earn Bonus miles?
You must activate a new residential account with DOCOMO PACIFIC. A new account is opening new services as a new customer to the company. Customer must have no active services with the company within a one-year period in order to be considered a new customer. You can only receive Bonus miles on one account. It is a one time only credit. Customers cannot receive Bonus miles on more than one account. Customer must activate service on a minimum 12-month agreement in order to receive Bonus miles.-
How do I qualify to receive miles?
You must be a residential customer. Corporate or business customers do not qualify. Name on the account must match name of OnePass member receiving miles. If there is more than one name on the account, only one member may receive miles on the account. Sole proprietors are allowed to receive OnePass miles as well. You must present your business license with your OnePass information to Customer Service. Name of OnePass member receiving miles for the account must be entered into the subscriber record information of their company. What are the qualifying services to receive miles?
You will receive three (3) miles for every dollar spent on your account for the following services:

- Postpaid cellular access fee, additional airtime charges, enhanced feature charges
- Paging access fee, enhanced features charges
- Internet access fee, advanced access fees, web hosting fees, other service fees
- Long Distance charges (landline, authorization code, and travel card)
Restrictions of receiving miles:
- All forms of payments (including mail-in payments) must be received by payment due date or they are considered past due balances.
- Customer will not receive miles for past due balance, only for current amount paid on account.
- Miles are not valid for activation fees, security deposits, late fees, universal service charges, E911 or 411 charges or other fees and taxes.
How do I find out how many miles I earned with DOCOMO PACIFIC?
You will receive notice on your DOCOMO PACIFIC invoice of the miles you earned for the previous month. You may also call our Customer Care office (688-CARE in Guam and 483-CARE in Saipan or *611 from your cell phone) to get an estimate of your miles earned for the previous month.
