    Yes. You can leave a customized greeting on your pager. In addition, callers may leave a voice message on your pager. We have a number Alphanumeric Pagers available for purchase. Contact our Customer Care Department at (671) 688-2273 (CARE) or visit any of our store locations.
  3. What is the coverage for Paging Service?

    Our paging service coverage area covers both Guam and Saipan.
  4. What do I need to do to get my Paging Service activated?

    Contact our Customer Care Department at (671) 688-2273 (CARE) or stop by any of our store locations to have the service activated.
  5. How will I be billed?

    Billing for Paging Service is a monthly recurring charge and will appear on your monthly statement.
  6. What if my pager is lost, stolen, or damaged?

    What are my options? Call our Customer Care Department at (671) 688-2273 (CARE) to have your paging service deactivated. This ensures that we are aware you pager is lost or stolen and will enable us to contact you if someone reports your pager as being found. You may purchase a replacement pager without incurring any activation fees or changes to your monthly recurring rate. 
  7. Can I take my pager off-island?

    No. Our paging service coverage area is Guam and Saipan.
