Paging Quick Tips

Pager Voice Mail

1. Phone your Mailbox/Pager #
2. During the greeting, enter the [0] key
3. Enter your access code
4. Use the commands below

You have a voicemail message when:

• * Your numeric pager indicates your pager number
  (i.e.: 721-1234)
• * Your alpha-numeric pager indicates "message waiting"

PAGING Advance Retrieval

• 2 Delete last message
• 3 Play newest to oldest
• 4 Play oldest to newest
• 5 Replay same message
• 6 Play all messages
• 7 Play time & date stamp
• 8 Enable/disable pager

TRANSFER TO OTHER MODES

• 17 Change Access Code
• 3 then new Access Code
  (Please enter access code) then #
• 14 Play Numeric Messages
  (use same retrieval instructions listed at left)
• 10 Enter Voice Retrieval
  (see message retrieval instructions at left)
• 11 Record Greeting
  (see instructions below)

RECORD GREETING MESSAGE FOR YOUR VOICE MAIL

• 30 Start Recording (be ready with your new message)
• 1 Stops Recording
• 40 Playback of Recording
