Caller Preview

You can identify all local incoming calls to your cellular phone. Best of all you don’t need a digital cellular phone to do it! Caller Preview works with most NAMPS analog cellular phones. Call a customer care representative to see if your unit is compatible.

Call Waiting

Call waiting is a free enhanced feature that allows you to answer a second call while an original call is in progress.

Using your Call Waiting Feature:

  • When you hear a double-beep, this indicates an incoming call.
  • Press the SEND key to automatically place the first caller on hold.
  • Wait a moment as the second caller is transferred to the line.

To end the second call, press the SEND key. This will connect you back to the first call.

3-way Calling

3-way calling allows you to conduct a call with two other parties on the line.
With the first party on line, dial the number of the second party you wish to call. (Note: the first party will hear you dialing.) To end the second call, press the SEND key. This will connect you back to the first call.

  • Press SEND. This will automatically place the first caller on hold and connect you to the second party.
  • When the second party has answered, press SEND, this activates 3-Way Conference Calling.
  • To discontinue conference calling, have either party hang up.

Call Forwarding

Call Forwarding forwards all incoming calls to a designated number.

No Answer Transfer

No Answer Transfer forwards incoming calls to a designated number after a few rings or if your cellular phone is off.

To activate on CDMA:

  • Press *71+Number+SEND (listen for beeps) + END

To activate on GSM:

  • Access Phone Options
  • Enable unanswered forwarding

To cancel on CDMA:

  • Press *713+SEND (listen for beeps) + END

To cancel on GSM:

  • Access Phone Options
  • Disable unanswered forwarding

Busy Transfer

Busy Transfer forwards incoming calls to a designated number while the phone is in use.
To activate on CDMA:

  • Press *74 + Number + SEND (listen for beeps) + END

To activate on GSM:

  • Access Phone Options
  • Enable busy forwarding

To cancel on CDMA:

Press *743 + SEND (listen for beeps) + END
To cancel on GSM:
  • Access Phone Options
  • Disable busy forwarding

Auto Transfer (No Answer Unconditional)

Auto Transfer forwards the call directly to another designated number without letting your phone ring.

To activate on CDMA:

  • Press *72 + Number + SEND (listen for beeps) + END

To activate on GSM:

  • Access Phone Options
  • Enable call forwarding

To cancel on CDMA:

  • Press *723 + SEND (listen for beeps) + END

To cancel on GSM:

  • Access Phone Options
  • Disable call forwarding

Billing

Detailed Airtime Billing is an optional billing supplement that will give a detailed list of outgoing calls.

Consolidated Billing

Customers with multiple services with DOCOMO PACIFIC may choose to receive a single monthly invoice for all service charges instead of separate invoices for each individual service, free of charge.

Rate Analysis

A customer care representative will be able to analyze your past monthly cellular bills to assess whether you are on the appropriate plan based on your cellular airtime usage.

Toll Blocking

Toll Blocking blocks all outgoing direct dial long distance calls.

Protection Plan

Protection Plan is an insurance plan for cellular and pager users. Customer pays an annual fee for the protection plan. If cellular phone or pager is lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair, unit can be replaced by paying a deductible.

Loaner Program

If your cellular phone/pager unit cannot be repaired locally, we will provide a loaner unit for the duration of the repair, (limitations apply).
