   Video Streaming allows you to download and view video clips (both video and audio) from the internet directly on your mobile handset.

2. Is Special software required to use Video Streaming?

   Yes, a multimedia player will be required. This is already available on our 3.5G video streaming enable handsets.

3. How do I get Video Calling service activated on my 3G (3rd Generation) phone?

   Video Streaming is a service available when you apply for a data plan. You will have to apply for 3G speeds under the WCDMA technology.

4. Can I upload my own video for broadcast?

   Yes, using 3rd party internet sites such as http://www.qik.com, you can upload your video. Your friends and family who have Video Streaming capabilities on their phone can then download and view your video.

5. If I upload a video clip to a 3rd party provider such as http://www.qik.com, will I be charged for the upload?

   3rd party providers will have their own terms and conditions and will, in most cases, assess you a non-recurring and/or recurring fee for access to their multimedia platform. Additionally, charges for data usage are included as part of your data plan.

6. Can I save a video clip that I downloaded for viewing?

   No. Video Streaming is a temporary download that only allows you to view the video clip on your mobile phone from the internet.

7. How long does it take to activate the service?

   Provided you have a 3G phone that is data enabled, activation is normally within the same day of request.
