Terms and Conditions
By using MY DOCOMO PACIFIC's Electronic Bill Pay, user understands and hereby agrees to the following terms and conditions. Electronic Bill Pay allows DOCOMO PACIFIC's customers to access information and initiate certain payment transactions using a valid Credit Card for their DOCOMO PACIFIC account(s), including:
- View Account information
- View Current Account Balance
- View Mobile Unbilled Usage
- Monitor Monthly Mobile Data Bucket Usage/ Consumption
- Monitor Monthly Online Data Usage / Consumption
- Monitor Home Phone Usage
- Account Payment
By initiating a payment, you authorize DOCOMO PACIFIC or its agent, to withdraw from the designated account funds in the amount required to complete the transaction. As such, all correspondence initiated via Electronic Bill Pay shall command the legal authority of a written request.
- The User is responsible for making online payments to accommodate posting times; the user is still responsible for Finance Charges should the online payment post after the Invoice due date of each month.
- You may pay any bill on-line, including past due bills. However, since payments may not be credited to your account immediately you may be subject to disconnection while the transaction is being processed. DOCOMO PACIFIC recommends that you immediately pay past due bills in person at any of our retail locations to avoid disconnection of service given the potential delays in crediting your account by paying on-line.
- You may pay someone else's bill for them using your credit card or checking account, although you will need to enter the correct DOCOMO PACIFIC account information. Please note if there is a problem with the transaction DOCOMO PACIFIC will not release information unless the account holder gives us their consent.
Terms and Conditions for use of DOCOMO PACIFIC's On-line Bill Payment Program
By utilizing DOCOMO PACIFIC's On-line Payment Program, website and associated software you agree to the following terms and conditions:
A. General Terms:
- DOCOMO PACIFIC will make commercially reasonable efforts to fulfill only those Account requests actually received via Electronic Bill Pay. DOCOMO PACIFIC will not be held accountable for any loss resulting from the delay or failure to transmit a transaction via Electronic Bill Pay arising from user error, malfunction of equipment, natural impediments, Acts of God or other force majeure-type events, and/or inaccurate or incomplete information.
- As a user of Electronic Bill Pay, you understand and agree that, to the extent authorized by the laws of the Territory of Guam, you will indemnify and hold DOCOMO PACIFIC, its officers, agents, and employees harmless against any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities and costs which directly or indirectly result from, or arise in connection with, any negligent act or omission of its agents, or employees, pertaining to its activities and obligations under this Agreement.
- To use DOCOMO PACIFIC's On-line Payment Program you must provide accurate and complete billing details supplied by DOCOMO PACIFIC and you must also provide your complete and accurate credit card information.
- Bank charges will apply for returned transaction items due to: Account not found, Inactive Account, No account/can’t locate, Invalid account, Account closed or Non-sufficient funds. Be sure your routing number, bank account number and account type are correct to avoid additional fees.
- Your bills may not be paid and all penalties associated with non-payment of your account may be added to your account.
- Your service may be disconnected for non-payment.
- DOCOMO PACIFIC is not responsible to inform you that your bill has not been paid.
- You are responsible for any and all fees or charges imposed by your credit card provider or your bank for any reason.
- If you have repeated or excessive non-sufficient funds, we may suspend your access to the Pay Online Payment Program and schedule your account for immediate disconnection without notice.
- By providing DOCOMO PACIFIC with your credit card details, you agree that you are authorizing DOCOMO PACIFIC to charge the specified amount to your designated account.
- Where your credit card issuer or financial institution for any reason declines a payment made on-line, those bills will be considered not paid.
- Credit card payments made on-line may be debited to your credit card account immediately.
- If you are uncertain when a payment will be processed, contact your designated financial institution.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that you have sufficient funds available on either your credit card in order to allow payments to be debited immediately.
- If you believe your On-line Payment Program transaction is incorrect or unauthorized, you must contact DOCOMO PACIFIC's Customer Service Call Center immediately.
- DOCOMO PACIFIC has access to transaction history and may check the details of the transaction.
- Should the dispute require the services of the financial institution, you may be asked to contact your financial institution. Information relating to the dispute may be provided to that financial institution by DOCOMO PACIFIC to assist with resolution.
B. Security
- DOCOMO PACIFIC uses standard internet banking security levels that large scale e-commerce sites utilize and which involves the use of standard SSL 128-bit encryption. You can check the security level of a web page by clicking on your Internet browser's padlock or key icon.
- Encryption is the standard way of protecting your information as it is transmitted between you and DOCOMO PACIFIC. This involves converting the information into an unreadable code using a "key" and also decoding it using this "key." The longer the key, the more difficult it is for others to break the encrypted codes.
- To access DOCOMO PACIFIC's On-line Payment Program, your browser needs to be enabled to access these secure keys. You will need to have version 5.0 or later of Internet Explorer.
C. Privacy
- Personal information collected through DOCOMO PACIFIC's On-line Payment Program includes your credit card details. This information is required to process your bill payments and may be shared for these purposes between DOCOMO PACIFIC, banks and related financial institutions.
- If you wish to request access to any personal information DOCOMO PACIFIC has collected about you for the purposes of DOCOMO PACIFIC's On-line Payment Program please contact the Chief Legal Officer for DOCOMO PACIFIC.
- We may not, nor do we disclose personally identifiable information except as is necessary to carry on our business unless you consent or unless we are required to do so by court order.
D. Warranties
- While every effort has been made to ensure that information is free from error, DOCOMO PACIFIC does not warrant the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of DOCOMO PACIFIC's On-line Payment Program material.
- Notice is hereby provided that all information on DOCOMO PACIFIC's On-line Payment Program and these Terms of Use are subject to change without notice.
- DOCOMO PACIFIC does not warrant that DOCOMO PACIFIC's On-line Payment Program will be free from viruses, that access to DOCOMO PACIFIC's On-line Payment Program will be uninterrupted or that the data transferred through DOCOMO PACIFIC's On-line Payment Program is secure and will not be read or monitored by others.
E. Waiver and Jurisdiction
- DOCOMO PACIFIC makes no representations; either expressed or implied, that DOCOMO PACIFIC's On-line Payment Program complies with the laws of any jurisdiction. If you access this site you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for complying with the laws relating to such use in the applicable jurisdiction.
- Any disputes arising out of the use of DOCOMO PACIFIC's On-line Payment Program shall be governed by the laws of the Territory of Guam and other related federal statutes.
F. Copyright and Trademarks
DOCOMO PACIFIC retains all copyright and trademarks rights and unauthorized use is prohibited.
G. Withdrawal and Suspension of Service
DOCOMO PACIFIC's On-line Payment Program, or your access to it, may be withdrawn or suspended for a period of time for any reason, including, without limitation, the following:
- If you have repeated or excessive non-sufficient funds, we may suspend your access to the Pay Online Payment Program and schedule your account for immediate disconnection without notice.
- If there is an interruption or fault in any applicable computer or telecommunications system.
- If you breach any of these Terms of Use.
- If you use DOCOMO PACIFIC's On-line Payment Program for an inappropriate purpose, including the storage or transmission of inappropriate or offensive material.
- If DOCOMO PACIFIC's On-line Payment Program, any applicable web site computer or telecommunications systems are subjected to any virus, unauthorized access, denial-of-service or other malicious attack.
- For maintenance or security purposes.
- If DOCOMO PACIFIC no longer wishes to provide the On-line Payment Program.
- You acknowledge that withdrawal of DOCOMO PACIFIC's On-line Payment Program does not release you of any responsibility to pay outstanding fees, charges or other liabilities incurred prior to the date of withdrawal.
H. Acceptance and Changes to these Terms of Use
By utilizing DOCOMO PACIFIC's On-line Payment Program, website and associated software you agree to the above terms and conditions. You further acknowledge that DOCOMO PACIFIC retains the right to modify the terms of use at any time with or without notice. Additional fees may apply.
